Gauffres a L'Ancienne (Waffles Old)

250g of flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
75 g of butter
1 packet of dry yeast
150 ml of milk
150 ml of water
60g sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons rum (optional
Production
Mix the flour and salt, make a well in the center and break eggs there. Add the melted butter, milk and water. Whisk with a manual or electric whisk. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, yeast and possibly rum. Whisk again. The dough should be smooth and fluid. Otherwise, add water.
Step 2 Let stand at least 30 minutes. Pour the batter into the waffle iron molds previously oiled.
Step 3 Cook 3 minutes, turning halfway through cooking the waffle iron.
