Hopefully it does better than some of the past ambitious building projects in China. There's an entire (very large) mall not even 10 years old that never had more than a few businesses in it and virtually no customers just sitting around collecting dust as well as a few other resort type projects.

At least this place has a tourst attraction element to it.
