Wouldn't that be helpful to people who can smooth away/reshape their wrinkles and reshape imperfections including literally remaking their faces however they choose? i would think that's a great idea which is better than paying for plastic surgery and solve problems.

I wouldn't say it'd be a good thing, no.
In addition to the aforementioned effective timespan and addictive side effects, if you can literally reshape your face with the stuff, that alone would be a criminal's wet dream. You could rob or rape or kill someone and as fast as the police could respond you'd already have a vastly different face than the one they might be looking for.
