I'm stoked to see Smackdown tonight. Hoping Kharma destroys someone. Just watched her last appearance for Shimmer. Here's my review.

MY Smackdown thoughts.....

-Very nice opening Christian video and I loved the dramatic music during the Christian vs Orton stuff!,Good promo and it's great to see Christian is still a top face and heading to the ppv as a#1 contender again for the world title while Sheamus may be a top heel is also good news to me!

-Mistico/Sin Cara is already over and he's only been in WWE for about 2 months while Brian Danielson/Daniel Bryan has been here for about a year and still get's no reaction except people in front row wanting to high five!,F'n great match and MOTN!

-I don't like any Layla promo But f'n Cole had to be the one to interrupt it?,Kong/Kharma saves this and seems she's already pretty over lol,Cole's petrified look in the Cole mine was awesome!

-Kane vs Barret was meh as every week when he faces a Corre member!,Ziek making the save for Kane was pretty nice until The Corre was still too much for him!

-Jinder smacked the crap out of Khali,and Khali would take it like a b**!

-Cody vs Dibiase JR was a pretty decent little match!

-Good tag-team ME with a nice ending!,I'm surprised Christian or Orton didn't turn But perhaps next week or at the ppv!?

I overall really enjoyed this episode as much as last week or even more!

I watched the Smallville finale tonight...I'd have been better off watching Smackdown

Well DC doesn't have much say so this was a Warner Bros television/CW deal like everythign else non comic book. DC is just there to get raped up the a** and mined for ideas by their corporate masters and like it.

Actually I was expecting it to be ass...with a few nice moments and instead it was ass with a bunch of halfassing underwhelming cliche ridden moments.

Wherever George Reeves is I'm sure even he is laughing his butt off with a glass of scotch. Superman liftted that bad CGI Apokalips? If I want to see Superman lift crap I can dust off Superman Returns. Just awhole lot of padding and they even managed to make a good chunk of it a clips show.

And just to keep this on topic remember when Kane was on Smallville? No?

TNA last night had better reveals than Smaillville...thats never a good sign.

Eh,I liked the Smallvile finale and I watched Smackdown on Youtube(well on big screen and on the web browser on my PS3)this morning!,I always watched Smackdown early during Friday so I could watch Smallville.

You even liked that CGI shot of Darksied and the fact that they rushed through his defeat pretty fast? If you liked it good for you though. For that kind of story I felt it needed a LITTLE more attention than what it was given. I figured the budget would restrain it a lot and I think they just overreached with the scope of the story.

Felt like Vince Russo did a rewrite on the finale since the pace just went off the rails near the end.

Glad they god Rosenbaum back though. At least they didn't disappoint there. Schneider and O'Toole were as good as ever and it was nice to at least hear McKean (I think) as Perry White.


And just to keep things relevant....I bet Welling still has the itch of Ashley Massaro on him

you could always watch the finale of JLU if you need some sufficient Darkseid action....considering what the show has been, it fit IMO

What Smallville has been? If so then yeah I'm not really shocked. It was par for the course. Yeah I need the warm glow of JLU to replenish my geek reserves with hope. Between than Wonder Woman pilot and Green Lantern I may need it.

I was fine with CGI Darkseid But I sure agree that easiest defeat and no close-up SuperMan shot(I was fine with CGI Supes But at least one close-up could have easily been done)was total BS!!

Those are mostly the things I hated,Nowhere near a"perfect"finale But it just didn't ruin the whole finale for me personally!!,Something sure was off But Russo style??......yeah definitely can't agree there.
