Well, there hasn't been any X-men toon related thing in years and I happened to stumble upon on this:

The creator makes it sound like a pure action show, if anyone's interested.

I am fairly certain they're free.
He has a patreon page with the lowest reward being HD copies of each ep.
If it's just the 1st ep that will be available without charge, then I guess you'd have to dish out $17 for the rest or $18 for all.

I was about to say, they are all free because he has no rights to the franchise to charge for them.

As of Jan 22nd the videos have been pulled because of a copyright claim by Marvel. No longer available on youtube, vimeo or the creators site.

Shame, I hope he finds a way to share them.

I'm led to believe he's not gaining any profit or such off these things, so if anything it's kind of free publicity for one of Marvel's creations. One would assume they'd be grateful for this.

N, they still can. But if Marvel shooses to, they can have them taken down at any point.

The majority of fan art, especially on DeviantArt, can be taken down by any copyright holder if they choose to take it down, without having to give a reason.

I managed to watch episode one. Totally awesome and I'm super impressed.

That video was really sad. What a cool guy, who's giving fans what they really want when Marvel certainly isn't.
