My vote is The X-Men because of the way each mutant can attack their foes.

Jean could make He-Man turn back into Adam. He's their big gun. Fight's over.

This is a very intresting question, but quite simple in my view. Since He-Man is the most "powerful" person in his universe, the only thing you have to do is capture his sword. Without it, Prince Adam cannot transform into He-Man. X-men are too powerful & don't really rely on melee weapons or blasters because they have mutant powers & easily vanquish any henchmen or ally of He-Man.

I feel like the X-Men have sort of a numbers advantage.

I'm sort of torn between them. On the one hand, the X-men have so many members they could easily overwhelm the MOTU. But on the other, He-Man is supposed to be the "most powerful man in the universe" and could probably wipe out most of the X-men, although it would take a lot to kill Wolverine.

I think I'd be rooting for He-Man & The Masters of the Universe against the X-Men at this point.

The X-Men are very well known as fighting as a team, almost like a football team. Each member has a role to play.

The Heroic Warriors very much rely on He-Man and his wisdom and power. However, MAAs in the 200X series was seen as a General and as strategic as Cyclops and led his team well.

Wolverine's adamantium claws could perhaps pierce He-Man's skin and he might be the only one who could put He-Man down. But He-Man has the power to lift a mountain, so it would need a very good game plan by Cyclops to beat the Heroic Warriors due to He-Man's powers.

I'll go with the Heroic Warriors due to the two teams would probably face each other without any knowledge due to coming from different planets.
