Idea I had for a bust of wolverine-

Good stuff. Though the proportions seem a little off on the Rhino & Wolverine pictures. Rhino's head looks too small and Wolverine's head looks too big.

Other than that they're good. I like the shading.

I have been reading some of Alex Ross' "Mythology" and, though not as inspiring, I have been working on portraits, slightly changing their demeanor and such, such as-

Joe Pesci


And Chris Walken


Which I hope to incorporate into large battle scenes-

Which, if your interested in, I encourage you to zoom in and look at items like Juggernauts helmet, Wolverine's hands, Batroc's mask reflections and Spiderman as a whole to see the detail.

I've recently been working with photoshop, which is a great reason to take my time and work on my technique. In any case, I colored the Joe Pesci-

As well as finishing a concept for my fast guy, Mercury-

And eventually coloring it-
