You are cool enough for the Exclusive The Hero, The Question, Zev & C.F. Kane thread

If I ever write comics, I will do two things:

1. Write a scene in which the X-Men are speaking with the New Avengers and Wolverine is on both sides of the conversation

2. Write a scene where Daredevil somehow refers to something by color

just to **** with people and see who's paying attention

I would love you even more if you did this, especially the Wolverine one.

I know that I have a habit of using hyperbole, but I think I am justified in calling this the greatest manip ever:

And to think, we all treated the Joker like he was evil.

Hey, Matt knows what color his hair and eyes, etc. are, since he had those before he was blind.

And you know if you pull that crap with Wolvie, people will just eat it up, and say it's a metaphor for him being torn between the teams, and shut.

Personally, I'd make Professor X alternate between wheelchair and walking without explaination. Nanites, or something.

Toyfare did that exact joke

Only like a thousand times, but yeah. It's so ridiculous... Admittedly, probably would just be stupid looking in an actual comic, but still. However, TTT's characterization of ol' Chuck is being slowly assimilated into the Marvel mainstream, thus explaining why everybody writes him as a colossal dick.

And it's not like Chuck isn't up and running every couple years, anyway. In the 80's he started turning into this wierd psychic kung fu master before he got re-paralyzed, or something.

Micheal Turner can't draw feet. And boy is he creative about it. Count 'em, count 'em, there is ONE foot on this entire cover.

3 if you count Johnny's flaming stump.

Well let's just say this....The quality of Micheal Turner's art and his popularity are inversely proportional. It seems the more famous he gets the crappier his art gets.

I got two feet, Daredevil's foot is visible under Punisher's arm pit.

a few questions: Why is Reed looking so warped? Why does Sue look like she's 15 again? Why are so many of them in old school out fits?

Why wouldn't Reed look warped? His power is that he streatches.

I don't know, I don't think that's far enoughh down to be Daredevil's leg.

Answers to your question? The truth is, Micheal Turner knows **** about Marvel comic books. He did some commentary to his pictures in Wizard once and he's all like "LOL This Hulk looks ultra-handsome because I didn't really know who the Hulk was." and "LOL I knew Spider-Man's costume and I saw the first movie but I never really read the comics LOL so it was cool to finally get to draw him." Has he ever drawn Namor in his usually-used skivvies? Jesus, everone looks alike.

Oh, and two more (kinda) feet. I just noticed Wasp. But she's so small you can't make them out.

But he didn't draw it well. You can **** up with Reed's stretching...Just take a look at how Liefeld and Land draw him stretching. It has to look organic and wavy. Not sharp and edgy.

Oh, and totally just noticed everyone is in the same pose.

"Everyone impersonate the Hulk! It'll totally calm him down! Yess...Yesss, that's right. Everyone slightly raise their arms and flex. Now everyone look Asian! Yeah, this is SO gonna work."

He didn't even draw a face on Wasp. :(

Actually, Daredevil is able to detect color by noting how hot something is. As we all know, black color absorbs light, while white color deflects it. Thus he could tell where a color fell on the electromagnetic spectrum by how hot it was.

Wolverine's bicep is bigger than his head.

I'm sure that he can't get very percise like that, though.

will people think ill of me if I say I LMAO'd at this? :csad:
