Runners up would be pixels, chappie, and secret service.

It was surprisingly difficult to narrow it down to five! Ultimately I went with:

But easy runners-up were Hunger Games, MI:5, Inside Out, Chappie, Kingsman and Mad Max.

2. Jane Got a Gun -- For curiosity's sake.
3. The Assassin -- New Hou Hsiao-Hsien. If this comes out this year, that is news for celebration.
4. Cemetery of Kings -- Ditto new Weerasethakul.
5. Benh Zeitlin's untitled film -- One of the most exciting young directors. Beasts of the Southern Wild is just wonderful. I can't wait to see what he's got up his magician's sleeve.

Those are the only for sure films I'm going to see. Then ones I might see:

6. Kingsman: The Secret Service(only reason I'd be seeing this is because of Matthew Vaughn)
7. Mission Impossible 5(given that I liked 3 out of the last 4 installments in this series, I've reason for optimism)
8 Jurassic World(I liked the first film and maybe they can turn this around after 3 sucked & TLW was even worse)
9. Terminator 5(Taylor's a decent director, and I liked the first 3 movies in this franchise so it's par with MI5 in that regard)
10. Star Wars 7(I don't like space movies much so have never been a fan of this series or Trek either but Abrams isn't terrible and I like some of the cast plus the whole novelty of getting the original cast together counts
for something I guess)

I had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to come up with 10 films for this year. I'll likely see more than 10 but those are all I'm aware of at this time.
