Yes, that's right. I found it on James Clyne's webpage (he provided concept art for the SR game, X-Men 3 and Star Trek, among other things). It's the only piece of art from that game on the site, though.

I used to have a poster of this pic (minus the bats as it just had the Batman/Superman symbol on it) when I was a kid.
