I feel that the most important is intelligence. There is nothing more unattractive than someone who is stupid. Like, when you talk to them and you feel like they have nothing to offer to the conversation. I know a few of those kinds of girls. Absent minded about so many things.

Or somebody who has book smarts and no street smarts. That is a huge pet peeve of mine.
