4. LittleBigPlanet 3 - November 2014

5. The Crew - November 11, 2014

The first two are re-releases from last year which I have on my radar but wont get till they are on sale for a decent price. The concept behind The Crew sounds great but I may wait till reviews come out to fully make my mind. LBP and AC are definite buys though

I had started to feel a bit apprehensive about Destiny because of how cagey Bungie was being about it, but after my time with the Alpha I'm 100% back on board the Destiny hype train.

Grand Theft Auto V is my favorite GTA game, and my personal game of the year from last year. I'm excited to unashamedly double dip on this awesome game.

I don't have a ton to say about Bayonetta other than it's rad and I'm excited to play it.

This game kind of stole the show at E3 for me. I just think it looks like a ton fun.

Persona 3 and 4 are both awesome games, so a mashup will probably be awesome too, right?

The sequel to my game of the year from 2012, and it looks every bit as insane (and fun!) as the original.

Honorable mention goes to Dragon Age: Inquisition. I think it looks good, and Bioware has been saying all the right things, but after their past few releases I just can't take them at their word. I'll be waiting for reviews, and more importantly player impressions, but I'm hoping it turns out okay.

My updated list moving forward. These prob won't be the only games I get in 2014 either. Im prob gonna pick up Sniper Elite tomorrow and will prob snag Alien and will deff get NBA 2K15. After the horrible drought this sumer has been, I cant wait to buy the s**t outta some games come fall.

I myself picked up Watch Dogs & MGS5: Ground Zeroes. I was pleased with both. After that, I was really looking forward to Arkham Knight.

The only things I think I'm still excited for are:
NHL 15
WWE 2K15 (At least a rental, '13 had most I could ever need in a wrestling game).
Battlefield: Hardline (This is also a maybe, the beta wasn't that exciting for me).

A lot of what I wanted was pushed back, but thinking about it, still plenty I am looking forward to at the end of this year. Though early 2014 has three of the four games I am most excited about (The Witcher 3, Arkham Knight and The Order). Also, on such a list I avoid listing remasters and sports games.

1. Bayonetta 2: The sequel to possibly the greatest action game of all time.

2. The Evil Within: The wait is over. The master of the survival horror genre returns.

3. Assassin Creed Unity: The first after Black Flag. Like the setting, but it has a lot to live up to.

4. Shadow of Mordor: Looks derivative, buts also looks a ton of fun.

5. Destiny: The beta will tell me more.

6. Super Smash Bros. Wii U: Smash Bros., finally in HD.

7. Evolve: Hopefully the dawning of a new age of MP.

8. Captain Toad Treasure Tracker: Looks fun and absolutely adorable.

9. Sunset Overdrive: I love Ratchet and Clank. Hated Resistance. This looks like a return to the former. That is good news in my book.

10. Hyrule Warriors: I haven't played a DW game in years. This looks like a good place to start again.
