It's fan art so I can't really answer that but that's suposed to be Big Barda in the Santa hat and bikini so it's two minor DC chicks!

That's like, the only comic respectable costume I've seen from Smallville, save maybe Green Arrow, and even GA didn't have a mask, or facial hair.

GA didn't always have the facial hair in comics though.

If all DC comics had gorgeous brunnettes in corsets on their covers they would probably get a lot more of my money

So it's a win/lose situation
