Karma! You get what you give!Putin forces 76,000 Russians to evacuate as Ukraine launches surprise offensive
Vladimir Putin has been forced to evacuate 76,000 people living in Kursk as Ukraine continues its offensive approach, as the nation attempts to invade Russia for the first time since World War Twowww.mirror.co.uk
This will turn into a big problem for Putin unless he can secure the town soon. It's going to be tough for even Russian State TV to make this not look like bad news. Citizens are going to doubt the power Russia still has when a special operation becomes a war lasting years and even after years they get invaded themselves by the smaller country.Ukraine takes control of gas plant and Russian town
Ukrainian soldiers claiming to be from the 61st Brigade were filmed standing outside a local Gazprom facility in the town of Sudzha which is about 10 kilometers from the Ukraine border.www.dailymail.co.uk
I'd like to see this turn the people against Putin, but if these guys are cruel, it might turn the Russians against the Ukraininans. This will turn into a big problem for Putin unless he can secure the town soon. No need to be excessively cruel (beyond displacing people), just progress military objectives and capture assets. Putin is the one that has dragged civilians into an unnecessary war, but I’d still prefer they all got away to safety and were unhurt aside from property damage to the area which is likely inevitable. Probably being too optimistic but I’m not going to celebrate civilians getting affected while at the same time wanting the situation to get as bad as possible for Putin.I'd like to see this turn the people against Putin, but if these guys are cruel, it might turn the Russians against the Ukraininans.
Ukrainians treating Russians humanely would be a smack in Putin's face. I just worry they will take revenge because Russian soldiers have committed so many crimes. No need to be excessively cruel (beyond displacing people), just progress military objectives and capture assets. I hope not!I mean, the bar is pretty low. Pretty sure the Ukranians aren't digging mass graves.
Nice. These idiots don't have one clue.Welp, the Russians may have started a fire at the Zaporizhzha nuclear power plant. Always a good thing to see a cooling tower on fire.
