HRG is so dead. Afterall, Claire won't like it, so that limits it to HRG and West (main character-wise). And if the audience won't like it, its not West.

 

I am thinking this as well.

I wonder if Claire's blood can save him though?

 

It's West. Mark my words. That synopsis screams West sacrificing himself for HRG. Also i think Adam is who killed Kaito.

 

It could also explain why Mom and her brother do not look as upset as she is when holding the URN.

And maybe its just me hoping the kill off West( not that I mind him like most do)but that I prefer they keep HRG alive over West any day of the week.

Doh why yes he is now that I see it again but I think its almost universal we want HRG alive and would pretty much all rather see West dead and like I said I do not even mind him but HRG dying would just suck as he is a great actor and a critical part of the show IMO anyways.

 

I think people are being a little to hard on West. Its not like hes Maya where she cries in every freaking episode shes in.

 

The character who is going to die is supposedly a much loved character, so I can't see it being West. Most likely HRG will die, but inevitably for one reason or another his death won't stick.

Aggreed, it was kind of a set up from last episode and Claire thinking she would be able to heal.

 

You can't kill Mr Muggles, that's just not gonna happen. He's integral to Heroes, without Mr Muggles, Heroes would suck

I'd miss HRG if he dies, and I certainly wouldn't miss West if he gets shot down.

 

I think it has to be Adam who killed Kaito. We alrady know (from Claire) that chucking yourself out a window, or off of a roof is just as effective as flying, and he has all the motive in the world, it's got to be him- hence- Hiro gets pissed. I hope he freezes, decapitates, and the unfreezes that swarmy british *******!

 

Ever since I saw Future Hiro with the Sword, and thought that the reason he had the sword was to Freeze time, Slash, Unfreeze, I hoped to see that on screen. I thought for sure we were going to see it in the Season Finale in an epic battle against Sylar. But that didn't happen.

 

Oh if I had a choice trust me the loser twins whom should have been shot with a sniper rifle by now would be my first choice.
West is eh to me do not mind him but not really into his story line either.

 

Actually I hope Peter counters Hiro and Adam kicks the crap out of him and Hiro deserves it IMO.
I am liking the Adam Peter dynamaic and Hiro was just wrong for what he did to Adam and deserves to pay for not even saying he was sorry for f-ing over Adam like he did.

 

Booyah. Though, clearly, HRG dying could make for an awesome story and a twist worth talking about.

But I agree with most posters in here, we shouldn't let anyone we like die, just bring in new characters to kill them off while seperating and reuniting our favorites. I think they should do that every season, seperate Peter and Nathan, then bring them back together. Seperate Claire and HRG, then bring them back together. Seperate Ando and Hiro, then bring them back together. Seperate Nikki and Micah, then bring them back together. It's such a satisfying storyline, it can never, ever, ever get old, cuz the actors are so cute, right?

After all, what is Heroes about if not the relationships between our favorite characters? The bomb/virus/generations is just a sideshow... it's not important at all.

 

I hope Adam rips Hiro's head off.

 

This is the reason I'm pissed that I read this. I'm also a big HRG fan, so this sucks. I'm pissed.

That would be the most pwnage move in the history of Heroes.

Episode 2.09:Cautionary Tales

- Mohinder and Elle come to HRG to get Claire. HRG declines. HRG and West surprise Elle and capture her. Bob and Mohinder capturesClaire

- A stand of between the two party results in West trying to save Claire, but getting blast out of the sky by Elle. HRG get's Bob at the end of his gun, but Mohinder saves Bob by killing HRG.

- HRG dead body is taken by the company.

- Claire comes with Bob voluntary after she finds out that she can heal people with her blood.

- Bob tests Claire's blood on HRG's dead body and he's resurrected, but kept a prisoner.

Episode 2.10: Truth & Consequences

- Claire's family is having a funeral for HRG, they don't know he's still alive.

- Claire return to the company with Bob.

- Bob tries to save Niki by using Claire's blood but it doesn't work.

- Monica becomes a crime fighter.

- Matt uses his powers to find the last person in the company photo, but she's already dead. He then uses his powers to find Peter and goes to him on Nathan's back flying.

- Sylar regains his powers and kills Alejandro, without Maya knowing and enters New York together with Maya to find Mohinder. The first place they go is Isaac's loft.

- Adam and Peter try to get the Shanti virus in Odessa Texas ( Peter thinks to stop the outbreak, but Adam wants to cause the outbreak), but Hiro shows up to stop them. He freezes time, but it doesn't work on Peter.

Episode 2.11: Powerless

- Claire doesn't want to be Bob's test subject anymore and tries to leave.

- HRG tries to talk Elle into releasing her, and manages to escape.

- Bob sends Elle to Mohinder.

- Niki dies saving Monica from a fire.

- Sylar and Maya finds Mohinder in Isaac's loft, Molly is also there.

- Sylar kills Maya ( but is saved by a sample of Claire's blood that Mohinder had)

- Elle enters and defeats / kills Sylar .

- Peter and Hiro continue fighting, sword against telekinesis. Matt and Nathan join the fight and try to talk Peter into stopping. Matt's pushes his thoughts into Peter's.

- Peter releases Virus in Odessa Texas and quickly realizes he made a mistake. The gang then kick the crap out of Adam.

- Hiro teleports Adam to his father's grave and bury him alive in an iron coffin besides it.

- Nathan makes a television announcement that the virus brook free.

- Suresh, Elle, Molly and Maya watch Nathan on TV in Isaac's loft.

- Claire watches Nathan on TV and also sees Peter and is relieved he's still alive.

- Nathan falls to the ground infected by the virus after the television announcement.

 

G'DAMMIT.

It just makes me wonder even more, as to how awesome the 2nd half of the season would have been.
