Spinning music, hopefully producing. Would like to get out of telemarketing and into special effects for movies or underwater welding

Nicholas is my given name, family calls me Chad (middle name) and mos friends call me Kidd (last name)

Who do you feel closest to here on the Hype?

I feel close to all the people that post and discuss on the things I post, I love discussing things with everybody. That's why are start threads to get people talking about things they may not have heard of yet

If you were to meet any Hypester in real life, who would it be and what would you do?

I would love to meet Joshua_B and take him out partying because it seems like he would have an experience he hasn't had yet

Where is home for you? Where would you like home to be?

Clearwater Florida, I love it here. right by the beach. Even without a car it's farily easy to get around, and plenty of beautiful women

Gambit is my favorite, I own his first appearance
Captain America is always awesome because he is such a good dude
Cable because he is a BAMF
Spider-Man yes even SpOck, just years and years of great stories
Hawkeye, the current run is just superb
Thor, always thought he was awesome but the Godkiller run blew my mind
Jean Grey, loved Dark Phoenix and it's nice having teenage Jean back
Puck, I'm a short guy and having a short guy that's a bad ass is great
Black Bolt guys a king and a member of the Illuminati
Jubilee, I know that's a weird one but I grew up on the 90's cartoon and they used her a lot

Haha when I first started spinning back in the day I was DJ Kidd and then at a battle one day the mc said "Yo that kid is vicious" and I like the sound of it so I picked up the title Kidd Vicious. It's also a throw back to my punk rock roots being an homage to Cid Vicious

1. Breaking Bad I followed it from the start and it did nothing short of amaze me

2. Arrow, it may be new but it's truly one of the best comic related shows ever made

3. Thundercats (80'S) grew up loving these guys

4. Chappelles Show, it still holds up and makes me laugh just as much as it when it was first on

5. Arrested Develpoment, it has such great replay value and those jokes are so slick they never get old

what kind of equipment do you use for your music?

I grew up and learned on vinyl, then used CDJs for a while, now I'm all digital. Currently for mixes I just use virtual dj 7 and when I go out I just bring a thumbdrive filled with tracks and plug into whatever they have set up. I'm saving up for a Numark NS72 because it's awesome even though back in the day their turntables sucked

Will you ever make a Hype mix for us?

I have a thread for mixes I make and I post other peoples stuff there as well. I can try and find a bunch of songs that have cool samples and throw together a Hype mix. I make mixes all the time so I can bang one out for my fellow hypsters

Well my mom always inteded on calling me Chad she just thought it sounded better as a middle name. So up until I got out of school and into the workforce those people all call me Chad. When I started working they always called me Nick so I just went with it. When I was in the Navy they called me Kidd and I liked that so I stuck with it. These days at work everyone but a few friends call me Nick. Most everyone knows me as Kidd though
