How do your political and social views compare to those of your family?

My family is extremely republican. Not to say I'm liberal, but I'm not on the republican side of things. I would just say that we differ a lot. They're more inspired and side with religion and the republican side of things. I don't like talking to them, cause they just regurgitate the same ideas that are spit out to them on Fox News. I just wish they could be more opinionated and gather their own views, than just repeating the same 'facts' and ideology of the news and church.

I guess that's why I have trouble with extreme Nolan fans. I feel like they just take every word and decision he makes as gospel, to the point where it kinda sounds like a weird cult. I just like when people can think for themselves, and not be too jaded over certain interests or ideals that they follow.
