19 Hour Rape...OR: How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love Humanity

I heard about that, this **** is terrible. just straight up terrible...:csad:

Paticiea Matlock stands outside her Dunbar Village apartment Saturday in West Palm Beach, Fla., talking about the gang rape of a woman in the complex. "So a lady was raped, big deal," she said. "There's too much other crime happening here."

what a dumbass

Parents aren't always the ones to blame, though. You have some 16 year old girl that makes great grades, and seems to be perfect. She plays for the softball team, and does community service. She rarely gets into disciplinary problems with the parents. One night, she lies to her parents, says she is going to a movie, but instead goes to a party with her friend. There, she tries some illegal drugs for the first time. She becomes an addict, but does a good job covering it up. She gets busted by a cop one night while getting a speeding ticket.

Is it the parents' fault? ow, I know "illegal drugs" may appear not as bad as murdering someone, but I think my point still comes across. It's not always the parents' fault, and for it to be it all the time is only a cop out. The kid knew what she was doing. She deserves 100% of the blame. Getting rid of the Youth Criminal Justice Act may be a good idea, but let the kid get the full on blame that is deserved.

Okay, but up to a certain age the parents should take some responsibility for what their kid does.

What that age is I don't know.... I mean an eight year old drug addict is the parents fault just as much as it is the kids but a 16 year old as you said is all the kids fault...

And honeslty the YCJA has never done any good.

This is why I can't be in charge of laws. When reading what that lady said the only thought running through my mind is "I hope it happens to you... only worse"

Over many torturous hours, she had been repeatedly raped, sodomized and forced to perform oral sex, a prosecutor told a jury on Thursday. The accused, Robert A. Williams, 31, had doused the woman’s face and body with boiling water and bleach, forced her to swallow handfuls of pills and to chase them with beer, sealed her mouth with glue, and bound her wrists and legs with shoelaces, cords and duct tape, said the prosecutor, Ann P. Prunty. And now, Ms. Prunty said, he was asking the woman to gouge out her own eyes with a pair of scissors.
That bastard deserves to fry.

Wow, this is one of the most disturbing things I have ever read. I hope this bastard rots in prison.

hmmm, I had a feeling he was white based on the nature of the crime....

is that racist?

No, us white guys have a much longer history of murder that are more...I dont know...I dont want to say thrill kills, cause this was all done so meticulously. But more crazed serial killer torture type of killers are white. Bundy, Dahmer, Fish, Jack the Ripper, etc.

agreed

I don't believe in the death penalty, personally... I don't think he deserves death, honestly. That would be too easy.

He should live in jail, with the most brutal, sadistic, psychopathic cellmates that can be found. He should have to be awaken by these cellmates every morning, and have the same things done to him that he did to the victim.

Just my opinion.

Make him be the cell mate of the biggest, meanest member of the Aryan Nation in that jail.

Yeah, I'm not reading that **** before I go to bed.

They should open up a prison that houses various torture devices and send certain a**holes there .

In Iran they execute rapists, they should do it here too imo

What can you do but shake your head? Never bought the "product of their own environment" line, not entirely. Are you susceptible to crime if you're exposed to certain things, if you're in certain situations? Sure. But this is something else entirely.

Not everyone in those situations does this stuff.

What good would killing them do? What good would any torture do? Lock them the hell away, and lose the key.

Killing them would be good for others to see not to **** around. Like i said in Iran they hung this rapist so everyone can see, that it would happen to you if you thought of doing something sick like that. People would hopefully think twice before they did something like that, that's why there isn't that much crime over there. Locking them up would be a waste of space and money, where do you think some of the taxes we pay are going towards

Okay, using your analogy here:

Yeah, every kid lies to their parents at one point or another. So, she lied and went to a party, which leads to her drug addiction. I'm assuming this is pot, because I've seen a -lot- of drug addicts, and it's easy to spot that something is off with them, unless it's pot. Meth users get the weird sunk-in cheeks, alcoholics attitudes tend to shift, and so on [though, living on the beach, you should know this pretty well already]. If the parents aren't noticing the tell-tale signs, be it physical differences, or drastic change in behaviour such as sleeping in class or constantly being held after for detention, then, to me, that strikes as negligence, which IS their fault. Granted, the kid was old enough to realize what she was doing was wrong [hence why she lied to cover it up in the first place, meaning it was premeditated], and it just spun out of control, but if the parents aren't into her life enough to notice things and possibly help control things before they spiral out of control, then they should get some sort of punishment as well; maybe not something as drastic as "contributing to the delinquency of a minor", but DEFINITELY "child negligence", or whatever the hell the equivalent term is.

I hate rape with a ****ing passion. To me thats just as worse as murder, and its sad that not many states consider rape to be a serious crime.

My little sis was raped at a party 4 years ago, the guy plead guilty in the trial and he only got 1 year probation and had to register as a sex offender. The guy should have gotten at least SOME jail time in my opinion.

How can people can get so wrong, its just well...wrong

This just goes to show that you should trust no one and that women living in urban areas or places or are living alone should carry a taser in their hand when walking home.
