 I had written off that thread. I didn't think anyone was posting in it. Sweet!

Are the Heat fans ready for another "Do Or Die" game. This is either going to be a very long week for you guys. Or a very short one. Good Luck:up:

That'll thread will likely pick up after the Finals when there's more attention being paid to who has what money to spend. I'm expecting at least one notable trade.

You're right when you say "do or die". Miami can nod this thing up or piss away what happened on Tuesday. I liked the intensity down the stretch and how the team collectively picked it up for that last 9 minutes or so. That type of effort needs to be there from the jump and not brought out by necessity at the end of the game.

Wade is a little banged up, but he's gonna go. The Heatians need to feed the Diesel and not forget about him in the second half, take it to the hoop and get some decent production off the bench. The boys can get this done tonight.

Wade's stock as one of the league's elite players shot up after Tuesday (if not for the Detroit series alone). That was a gutsy performance, and with Dallas locking up Shaq, Wade is Miami's hope.

It shot up during in 2004 when he put the team on his back and carried them into the playoffs. That got the attention of Big Diesel who left Kobe Bryant (arguably the best in the league) to come play with him. Dallas really isn't "locking up Shaq" what they have done is force other players to get more involved by piling everyone on shaq when he gets the ball. It's only smart basketball if you're getting double-triple teamed to dish the ball to your open teamates than to try and power your way to the hoop.

I really want Miami to win this thing. Not because I have anything against Dallas, but because Peyton, ZO, & Shaq are pretty much done, & I would just like to See Peyton, & Zo get a ring. As much, as I loved watching the Bulls win there last 2 Championships. It still saddens me that Malone, & Stockton never got a ring.

Knee injury? Pfft. Please. :D

Miami looks great. 54-44 halftime.

What the hell did Dick Bavetta drink before the game? He's awful. :down

Miami has to keep this going and not let things go to hell in the 3rd like they did in Game 3.

Stackhouse doesn't get tossed for that?
Bull****! :down

Come on it really wasn't that hard of a foul, it was really overblown.

People say that because it's Shaq.
Stackhouse bumped a man in the air and threw both arms at his head. I've seen people tossed out of games for less.

edit: That was a crap way that Miami ended the quarter.

It is going to be a great fourth quater. Dirk can't buy a basket. Go Mavs!

Miami can't get lackadaisical. That was not a good way to end the 3rd quarter. Wade has cooled down a bit, but they can't letdown for a minute or Dallas will do what Miami did to them Tuesday.

I only seen one hand on his head but I might missed the second, but still it wasn't really hard.

Edit: Dallas lets pick it up.

Nowitzki can't buy a shot with a Euro. :O

I know and it's killing me.

Edit: Dallas, Dallas, Dallas...you guys have to put some point on the board and cash in on the turn overs. Drive to the hole, make people foul, go towards Shaq he can't really afford to foul much now.

Miami has been pretty sloppy in this 2nd half, but Dallas' ineptitude from the field is the story of this game, IMO.

Been an interesting game so far. The Mavs are pissing me off though. We keep getting fouls cuz of them.:down

I'm a Florida guy (West Central) so of course I'm going for Miami here. Plus, I flippin' love Dwayne Wade. :p
