As a past Newbie of the Year winner, I'd like to say that nobody wins by begging for it.

And as the current 3rd place nominee (by a wide-as-hell margin) I'd like to point out that I didn't beg.

I merely implied disappointment in not being nominated.

Don't know why there's alot of disappointment when arriving to the newbies. This site needs rookies/flesh blood, and these posters were amazing, insightful, well-articulated, etc all year round. So much so that I forgot they were rookies (except when Ultra Lantern ****ed himself out for the post count).
