Goodell's "leadership" has certainly affected my fandom. I only watch 49ers' games now, I cancelled my NFL Direct Ticket, and I instructed friends and family to no longer buy me NFL-related merch as gifts.

The first time I heard that was from Carl on Aqua Team Hunger Force. That is what he calls Suh when he does his pick every week on SVP and Russillo. I just assumed it was a nickname, as I have heard it many other places.

Also, on the boycotting. I just think it is quite interesting that Lantern Venom is still willing to watch 49ers games, when one of their players is accused of beating his pregnant girlfriend.

I think it was the correct call, just kind of sucks that that isn't legal anymore.

I am happy with a lot of old school hits being out of the NFL at this point. But not a hit like that. So clean. Its biggest flaw was being so damn good, it too Ben right off his feet.

And the Ravens are driving right down the field. So odd to see a Steelers and Ravens game with such lacking defenses.

I understand. Some hits were downright hard to watch, and there's a reason the NFL was lit up with so many former players complaining of injuries. But as you said, that hit used to be a thing of beauty. Baltimore and Pittsburgh bring this to the field when they play; that's what makes their rivalry one of the best.

I was just thinking the same thing. Steelers and Ravens games usually end up, at most, with points in the early 20's.
