This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]489813[/split]
I can see Rex Ryan going to San Fran for a DC position.
I think Rex would go into broadcasting before taking a Coordinator job.
It is only right your lot breaks your heart at the very last hurdle. The Mediocre Bowl 2014:
Carolina Panthers (6-8-1)
Vs.
Atlanta Falcons (6-9-0)
In a game that's nothing more than a giant middle finger to the 9-6 Eagles, both squads will be battling for NFC South history and pride. Yeah, neither franchise will go deep into the playoffs BUT somebody has got to win the division. If Carolina wins, they'll be the first team since the division's inception to repeat as champions. If Atlanta wins, they'll uphold the great tradition of the South having a new division king every season. The one thing The Panthers have going for them at the moment is Cam's winning percentage in December. He's only two wins behind Brady and The Patriots for the most in the last three years with 13.
This should be one entertaining game.

Awww isn't that cute? They would argue to the DEATH that the Eagles' lack of even ONE Super Bowl ring meant absolutely NOTHING and that they were forever a better team than Pittsburgh,
Anything that's a middle finger to the Eagles is a good thing.
Just kidding. I don't hate them anymore. I used to though, when I still lived in Central PA and I always had to listen to self-righteous Eagles fans gloat whenever their team was in the postseason and the Steelers weren't. They would argue to the DEATH that the Eagles' lack of even ONE Super Bowl ring meant absolutely NOTHING and that they were forever a better team than Pittsburgh, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary, at least when we're talking about Super Bowl victories. Which, let's be honest, are the only things anyone REALLY cares about in the long run. If your QB throws for 10,000 passing yards and 89 TDs in the regular season, but gets knocked out in the first round of the playoffs, how does that make you feel?
Anyway, the NFC South is such a disaster this year that it doesn't matter to me which team wins. I do think it would be funny if either team miraculously turned into a buzzsaw in the playoffs and knocked out all the other NFC teams with much better records.
SI says that Manziel was late for practice yesterday because he threw a party on Friday. Quickly trying to become Ryan Leaf, he is.
Ryan Leaf is better.
If Carolina wins, they'll be the first team since the division's inception to repeat as champions.
