IIRC someone else accused him of being racist or of white privilege and he said he was black. Then the other user said "well just because someone tells you they're black on the internet doesn't mean they are". Axe said "well that's pretty goddamned offensive of you" and reported the comment.

I don't remember Ruth Fisher (I recall the name, but that's it). But Aximili86 was probably a racist, given how often he seem to defend racist people with the old "Come on guys, stop blowing things out of proportion" argument. Good riddance and he doesn't deserve any type of award.
