300 Movie Trailer converting to .mp3

hi everyone

i have a question....how would i download the movie trailer of 300 and if i do that how would i convert the 300 trailer to an .mp3 format so i can listen to it while working out? i think the movie trailer is fantastic and it would psych me up VERY well before a 365 lbs deadlift...

please help me someone
