wma to mp3?

How do I convert the wma files I have from Windows Media Player to the mp3 format? I want to listen to those songs on my mp3 player, but since they're not mp3s I'm not able to. I hope someone knows.

Using audio/ Mp3 editor like FlexiMusic Wave Editor can do the trick of converting Wma files as Mp3. To save the files as Mp3, need to install a separate command line Mp3 encoder.
