3rd Graders plot to kill their teacher

I heard on the Radio that this was the "special ed" class and no not that type, the ones who can't be alone with matches and shouldn't really be in contact with the normal kids.

Ah, that explains it. My Dad got punched in the back of the head by one of them once.
