A More "Detailed" Description Of Spider-Man 3.

Everyone likes evil dead and army of darkness....they liked xena and hercules...But what else did Raimi do? He should consider what's more important...being famous for something he likes anyway or quitting after 3 and fading away into b movies.

Lives will be lost? Lives dear to peter? Hmmm...in these movies he only has 3 people that are important to him MJ, chocolate cake girl and aunt may. And unless Harry dies, then I'm going to be pissed. MJ, and aunt may don't do die in the comics, why kill them here? X-men 3, anyone?

If they do a different cast for part 4, it will be a bomb. Noone will see it. Noone likes different stars playing different parts. Like for instance, if in Rocky 6, Stallone didn't play Rocky, do you think anyone would want to see that garbage? No. They shouldn't make a part 4 if they aren't going to keep the same cast.

I disagree. Obviously any time you change horses in midstream (recast), it's a risk. But 1) Spider-Man is the star... not the actor who plays him so much. Not to say it won't make a difference, or that Tobey has not done a good job, but it will not matter as much as a different type role. 2) The core supporting actors, even if they change the lead or leads, is not going to change in all likelihood. JJ, Betty, Aunt May, Topher as Brock/Venom, Gwen, Capt Stacy, etc. and 3) To say NO ONE will go see it, or it will BOMB is just a "tad" of an overstatement to say the least.

I understand what you''re saying. For instance, in X2 & X3, there are two different Kittys. Kitty isn't a really REALLY big main character so it really wouldn't matter but I just don't see people wanting to see someone else play Peter Parker. Yes, the movie is about Spider-man and he is the main character, BUT Peter Parker is also the main character. What He does comes back to Spider-man and vice versa, not in the public eye...well, you know what I'm saying. The only movie ther I can think of that they replaced the characters of that didn't suck 100% was Dumb & Dumberer. The guys looked VERY identical to Harry & Llyod and what I would assume they would look like at a younger age. But once again, that movie didn't do as well as New Line expected now did it? Batman...Yeh, the movies are awesome but they seem to have lost something when Michael Keaton stopped playing him. If someone took over for Robert Englund and played Freddy Kruger, do you think it would do as good? In my honest opinion I don't...not just a Freddy movie but a movie in general. I think it's so whack to change cast in the middle of a series and I believe a lot of movie go'ers feel the same way. I respect your opinion, but unless they made it more badass then the 3 that they have out/coming out (we all know 3 is going to be badass), then it would bomb.

*edit: people want raimi to be true to the comics.. but they forget just hoe bad the plots get sometimes.
