Why do you need their email address? Just call and they'll send you a box to send it to them.

Or just go on their website, print out a shipping label and use a box of ur own. Itll save a few days.

I got the red ring 2 weeks ago. I went right on the website and registered my 360 for repair, they sent me a box in two days, I sent it out the next day, and they had it for less than a week before fixing it. I'm actually expecting it back today or tomorrow. They email you updates as to the status of your xbox, and you can view online as well.

As much as this is a problem they are pretty good with turnaround time. 2 weeks from sending it in to getting it back.
