The only choicet:.
Hope Jorah doesn't hear the epicness, that'll crush him a bit.
True, but it'll still crush Jorah a bit.some people have interpreted his interaction with Jon in this past episode as a blessing and approval of Jon being with Dany.
Even though they're not together. But he's seen the way she looks at him.

What if Dany/Jon are a misdirect and turn out to be temporary like Dany/Drogo and Dany/Daario where Dany/Jorah are the end game? That better not happen.
Yes, Daario is completely out of the picture, so a triangle is not a possibility, plus it's a bore. I never wanted anyone for Dany but Drogo, but Dany with Jon makes sense to me. I think it also helped that the last guy Dany was with was a massive step down from Drogo.Idbe all for Daario as he was a better match for her but it aint happening considering how she ended things and how he hasnt been on the show all season. I just dont see him dropping back as her love interest when they effectively ended that and the character's arc. There really isnt much time to go back or forward with a triangle
Jorah? He should have been killed off seasons ago.
Dany dying and being reunited with Drogo would work for me
Yeah it'll still hurt him but I think he's made peace with the fact that he can't be with her. He could probably tell that Jon didn't really have a romantic interest in Dany but Dany had it for Jon, and Jorah's going to support whatever the queen wantsTrue, but it'll still crush Jorah a bit.
Up until that point, I don't think Jon has ever thought about the future. He's been so laser focused on the winter war, he has not given a single thought to settling down and having a family.yup when he said "longclaw belongs to you and your children to come" he gave a little look along with it. I immediately thought thats what he was getting at.
I sincerely hope that does not happen, but I have to admit, that it definitely can. It'd piss a lot of people off though, it just wouldn't be satisfying. What if Dany/Jon are a misdirect and turn out to be temporary like Dany/Drogo and Dany/Daario where Dany/Jorah are the end game? Absolutely not. Daario was a HORRIBLE influence on Dany and she deserved way better. Even Jorah could see it; he did not respect Daario at all but he quickly respects Jon.Idbe all for Daario as he was a better match for her but it aint happening considering how she ended things and how he hasnt been on the show all season. This thread is 11 pages in and this old, tired point has been argued to death. He's her nephew. Ain't nothing perfect about that.
Jorah's opinion is absolutely relevant seeing as how he has been at Dany's side since season 1 and strongly disliked how Dany got romantic with Daario knowing the kind of person Daario is, yet being much more accepting of Jon.Jorah's opinion is irrelevant as he was fueled by jealousy and had his own deception he was dealing with at the time
Okay. Whatever. Bye.![]()

Its progressive for Targaryens![]()
lol.....still gross but I guess he beats Viserys

What they don't know won't hurt em lol
In fact I would argue that Dany would be thrilled to find out Jon's a Targ. Dany's been lonely for a long time, she's wanted to be a part of a family and wanted a home forever. To find out that she's not alone in the world would make her extremely happy.
If i had to pick one big disappointment with HBO's writing of Dany, is that they never quite got the inner melancholy of Daenerys across during her time traveling to Westeros.
YES! EXACTLY!
I think when she finds out he's not only a Targaryen but Rhaegar's son, she's gonna get turned on even more.
Disagree, when Jorah was being hugged by Dany upon his return we could all see Jon's slightly wtf-jealous face.Yeah it'll still hurt him but I think he's made peace with the fact that he can't be with her. hahahaTHis calls for a meme!

That wasn't jealousy. The actor explained that his expressions were because all he's ever known about Jorah is that he was a slave trader, and betrayed House Mormont and his father, Jeor Mormont, LC of the Night's Watch and almost another father to Jon.Disagree, when Jorah was being hugged by Dany upon his return we could all see Jon's slightly wtf-jealous face.
Whoa, I actually haven't thought of that (Jon immediately thinking of Dany) but that would make sense too, and it would make Dany's line of "...they're the only children I'll ever have, do you understand?" conclusive to the former.True, he probably thought of Dany when Jorah mentioned having children.
Poor JorahThey might be temporary, Jon/Dany that is, but Jorah is in no one's end game.
Dany would be thrilled, but Jon would be torn since inbreeding is not the norm with the Starks. What they don't know won't hurt em lol

That's not true either. Ned's parents are cousins and Sansa was warm to the idea of marrying her cousin Robin. There are also historical cases of Stark uncles marrying their nieces. So aunt/nephew isn't even bad by Northern standards.Dany would be thrilled, but Jon would be torn since inbreeding is not the norm with the Starks.
I stand corrected, but I also choose to see a tinge of jealousy there tooThat wasn't jealousy. The actor explained that his expressions were because all he's ever known about Jorah is that he was a slave trader, and betrayed House Mormont and his father, Jeor Mormont, LC of the Night's Watch and almost another father to Jon.
It had nothing to do with jealousy - if anything it was caution, Jon started to respect and care for Dany and was momentarily suspicious of Jorah coming to Dany's service.
Which is why next ep is going to be EPICWhoa, I actually haven't thought of that (Jon immediately thinking of Dany) but that would make sense too, and it would make Dany's line of "...they're the only children I'll ever have, do you understand?" conclusive to the former.
