ABC remaking "Charlie's Angels"

It wouldn't have. The show's fate did not fall on Minka Kelly's shoulders. People can ***** all they want about her in that role, but she's proven herself (outside this show, of course) as a very capable actress.

The problem was the writing.

It's too bad that ABC is cancelling it, after giving this new show plenty of push on the marketing side. And this may doom any chance of CA being rebooted later on I think since it got tanked so quickly.

Its hard to get a tv hit nowadays anyway. But it averaging 5 mill aint that bad.....im surprised though that ABC hasnt pulled the plug on Pan Am which has seen an even greater loss in the viewers.

#8 was still somewhere in the production stage when the axe fell; I don't know if they'd finished shooting and it was just post or what. It seems that seven is all they intend to air.

Thanks for the info J, I actually think the last few eps that started to lay some groundwork relating to Abby's father and Bosley's old hacker nemesis showed some potential improvement.
