Los Angeles (E! Online) – Drew Barrymore is ready to kick some ass again.

Ms. Barrymore just told me she's hot to make a third installment of her supersuccessful Charlie's Angels movie franchise.

"I'm so into it," Barrymore said while promoting her new star-filled romantic comedy, He's Just Not That Into You. "I'm so into it—Charlie's Angels III!"

Barrymore kicked off an updated retelling of the 1970s television series nine years ago with Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu. Three years later, they returned with Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle.

"It's percolating up," said Nancy Juvonen, Barrymore's Flower Films producing partner. "It's rising to the surface."

Barrymore added, "They're hard movies to make, but they're fun." And lucrative! The franchise grossed $544 million worldwide, according to boxofficemojo.com.

Ideas are being kicked around, including the possible introduction of a fourth Angel. It happened in the original Aaron Spelling series when Cheryl Ladd joined the cast in 1977 as Kris Munroe, sister of Farrah Fawcett's iconic Jill.

Let's not forget about a villain. Sam Rockwell and Crispin Glover were among the baddies the first time around. Demi Moore appeared in Full Throttle as Madison Lee, a former Angel turned vamped-up villainess. For the next flick, they say they'll probably go with another guy.

So they're looking for a fourth angel and a bad boy...Let the casting suggestions begin.

How are they going to deal with the Bosley problem (and don't say Shia LeBouf)? I mean, since Bernie Mac is no longer with us, he's obviously out of the equation. Bill Murray didn't return to the sequel because he didn't get along with Lucy Liu. He was also reluctant to play Bosley in the first film (he basically did it as a favor to Drew Barrymore).

And besides, I thought that "Full Throttle" was technically, a flop (it made about $25 million less than what the original made).

they ruined so much with the second one....

its just impossible to be redeemed.

and i doubt McG will return lol

Neither do it. The second was decent I thought. Crispen Glover BETTER RETURN!!! As for the Bosley thing, I think changing Bosley members is a good way to go. Maybe they could get Obama to do it. Would make sense. haha But seriously, Dave Chappelle could do it.

The prospect of another Charlie's Angels triggers my gag reflex.

the first wasnt that bad

the second was

...id rather mcg not do this kind of thing, and that just leaves some nonamer to take this on, so forget it, right?

Great! A third Charlie's Angels to creat the crappy TRILOGY (like it was needed!)!

EPICALLY FAIL, just like the first 2 movies mwahaha!:D

I'm not quite sure what any of you naysayers were expecting from a movie based off the old tv show in this day and age.

Not knocking the show, but it's not some high level action drama that the movies spit on.

I actually really liked the first film. The second... well, it wasn't my cup of tea. A third film could be interesting.

Yeah, the spirt of Charlie's Angels was captured pretty well in the films. The TV show was a cheesy fun adventure show with beautiful girls. The movies were the same.

It doesn't surprise me at all. Since all three angels' careers are pretty much dead nowadays..

The first Charlie's Angels was so much fun, I really liked it, it was a good comedy/action.....the second however was TERRIBLE! Not fun. Not funny.

I would watch a 3rd but Id be cautious....and Aekhyron is right...what happened to Lucy Lu?

I thought the 2nd one was okay. plus, I enjoyed watching this scene.

You mean Lucy Liu? She was in the tv show, Dirty Sexy Money but i think that show got recently canceled. She's also lend her voice for Kung Fu Panda.

If TS is incredible, I doubt McG will want to go back to this and with him directing the sequel. They'll get someone else.

Not really at all. All three have had normal healthy careers after the last Angels film.

Lucy Liu has done Ugly Betty, Kill Bill, Kung Fu Panda, and other successful properties since Full Throttle.

Cameron Diaz has had the three Shrek sequels, What Happens in Vegas, and The Holiday didn't do so bad itself.

Drew has done Family Guy, 50 First Dates, Fever Pitch, and Beverly Hills Chihuaha since the last Charlie's Angel.

So as they've all been in successful projects since I'd think you could consider this post VERY wrong.

I liked the first one but the second one wasn't for me. Maybe if they do the third one well I'll go see it.

Don't kid yourselves guys, both sucked. And the girls look beat. Maybe they can call it Charlie's Cougars: Midlife Crisis.

Ideas for a new Angel.

Ann Hathaway
Yvonne Strahovski who plays Sarah on the tv show Chuck. Her character from that show would fit right in with Charlie's Angels.
Elizabeth Banks

Nobody even wanted a second one.

Wasn't aware studios had to be screamed at by movie going audiences to get a movie made...
