Iron Man About the music in Ironman?

Who likes Favreau's idea about using Hard Rock. I heard that Favreau used music from Black Sabbath for the soundtrack. I hope he puts this one in also:

If they actually put the Iron Man song by Sabbath in the movie then I will find it extremely cheesy. I would much rather prefer for original music to be used throughout the entire film

During the live action part of the film I agree, but I wouldn't mind if it went with the end credits. Unless it was done in a humorous way, then it might work during the live action part.

I'd prefer a score. But if they want Iron Man playing on the radio during the movie sometime during the end credits, then it's OK with me. I just don't want it to end of like Daredevil where the music was saturated with rock.

The Black Sabbath Song, Was noly added to the footage for the comic con as a nod to the fans..
didn't yo uthink that Highway to hell that fades into Black Sabbath's Iron man in less than 2 minutes was a bit too much music...

Not saying we won't havethe song in the movie though, but appart from the title, there's no common point between the song and the character.

( i just hope that Favreau as some taste to stay away from the over used Nu Metal scene)

When people put actual songs into most of a movie, that's just damn lazy.

I'm a fan of rock and metal. I'm a big Sabbath fan and do like the song Ironman. With all that said, I prefer an actual score. I don't care for most movies to have albums made up of bands and groups. It's too much of a gimmick.

Like I said ages ago, Black Sabbath is ideal to use once, as it's the emergence of metal, ignore the IRONMAN song etc, just the nature of Black Sabbath as a band is why it should be used. It mirrors the character nicely.
