Acquiring a Transfer Cable.

I think im about to order a bigger HDD from ebay or the like and i was wondering whats the best way to get the needed equipment to transfer all of my game saves? Should i try calling MS or should i just go to like Gamestop, buy a HDD, use the transfer cable then return it?

Call Microsoft an you can order it for free (at least it was still free when I got mine). It can only be used once so don't waste your time going to gamestop.

Or you can buy a memory card and transfer the game saves the old way.
The only thing you can´t transfer like this is the game rights of XBLA

From what Ive heard it wont work for alot of games or something along the lines. What I do know is that trying to play XBLA games is a pain in the ass once you've had RROD and a transfer
