Activated some handicap feature

I accidentally activated some handicap option on my comp
when i type it is like im holding shift
when i hit a number key it does the symbol above it like if i hit one it does !
i also cant use my mouse wheel or highlight text by holding the left mouse button and dragging it

also whenever i click a link it opens a brand new window
and if i have multiple firefox windows open they do not make one box at the blue bar on the bottom

please help asap

I believe you might've activated sticky keys.

Try pressing shift 3 (or possibly 5) times in a row and pressing "cancel" when the dialog box pops up.

That's all I can think of.
