It was Snipes mannerism that are now Blade's mannerisms. Those two creators basically made a comic character that few knew, or gave a hoot about. Snipes breathed life into Blade, and made him a force to be reckoned with.

Well most all the LOTR cast were born to play their respective roles (aside from Mirrander Otto and Karl Urban).
Keanu Reeves - Neo (he can't act but he looks the part)
Gary Oldman - all his roles
Choi Min-Shik - Oh Dae-su
