It's a tradition to ***** about the title until it's changed and I think this one was the only one we all liked.

and this too. it sucks to waste a "good lounge title" on lounges these days when they only last 40 pages. i don't really see the need to change it constantly, especially when these things and loading up with 5-10 pages of posts (and spam) every day

I have a question for you all, since everyone else is a longer member here than I. Some keep saying that the Lounge is lame these days and that things are sub par in some way. Now, I like the Tom Foolery around here, as it's a great antidote to the WAY too serious "discussions" had elsewhere on the Hype. That being said, what is the big difference between the way the Community Lounge is today as opposed to the halcyon days of yesteryear?

there used to be a lot more fluidity in conversation and discussions. a lot of topics could be discussed as well as people winding down or talking about trivial matters.

there was inside jokes among the regulars too, but not over the top where one would feel unwelcomed to post to the topics at hand
