Yeah, it's only for a bit that he'll have to do that. Give or take 3-4 days or a week at most, then he'll be able to do his whatever is required by his job cashier, stocking, cleaning, etc.
 
I'm so ****ing depressed right now.
 
I was depressed earlier. But it's all better now, now that I ignore the outside world again.
 
There's one other guy who got hired at the store I'll be working at.

I hope I get the 3rd shift (10p-6a), which it seems like I will. Chillest hours :cool:

Also most likely to get jacked, be careful bro. It is actually kind of a dangerous job. This little bodega by where I used to live had this kid come in and shoot the clerk, then he couldn't open up the register, got scared and grabbed a bunch of blunts and took off. Idiot killed a good guy for some blunts. I actually found the guy but he was laying there for a good 20 mins bleeding out. I had to testify in court and everything, kid got life though. Granted this was around 7 pm too. Not trying to be a downer but if someone wants the cash just give it to them, doesn't come out of your pocket
 
Yeah DS be very careful and watch your customers carefully. You are working one of the most dangerous shifts and jobs you can have.

If someone tries to rob you avoid eye contact so they dont think you can identify them and dont be stupid. You give them the money and let them go. The store is insured. They will be fine. You on the other hand could die. Also avoid large or sudden movements. Keep your hands visible and hit the button to open the cash register and step back from it.

Doors are locked on the 3rd shift, so I have nothing to worry about. But I hear what you're saying, bunch of crazy people out at that time, especially here in FL.

That's not actually a bad idea man, I use that in sales all the time because it makes people empathize and relate with you but I def wouldn't do it in a joke manner. Something more along the lines of it's my first night be cool man, I'm going to go slow and get you the money.

Again it doesn't come out of your pocket so just give it up. Of course you could get a concealed weapons permit and stand your ground since you live in the good old sunshine state. I even saw a thing on the Daily Show the other night were you could get insurance for about $30 a month and they will have your back when you shoot someone!

I'll check it out here in a bit DS. My laptop just overheated, been posting stuff on the Hype since 11 am or so. I usually take a nap but since I'm trying to get my sleep schedule back on track I didn't and the old gal couldn't handle it. Oh well, time to game out on my ps4. Think I'm gonna try and get through my first run of infamous

Don't know if I identify it as being scared, I will jump as a startled person, I will start throwing fists and displaying anger even before seeing it is a prank

Don't worry dude my cousin has been doing the same shift as you albeit in another (safer?) country for 2 years and he's had only one incident on his shift. That time the guy was high on LSD and was out of it carrying a butchers knife. Took a few hundred pound's and a mars bar and went.

Due to a leg injury, I could not attend some of my classes this past week and it ruined my grades. I will have to retake those courses since it's too late in the semester for any extra credit work. One of my instructors said they could do an incomplete for the course, though. I just need to focus all my energy into school right now. I cannot afford to be rid of my future.
 
Hope you recover quickly and get the required grades. I guess our parent's were right education before relationships. This is is you're FYCHURRREE.:funny:
 
This was supposed to be my LAST semester, but now it looks like I won't graduate until the Fall.
