Make sense, Aziz.

Aziz has never made more sense in his Hype career. Wally actually was deputized by the IRS in the early 90's as some deal to settle his own tax issues after he won a lottery early into his FLASH run.

Thanks KRYPTON. :D
I love the Flash, had a marathon reading the entire runs of both Barry and Wally, loved the grand majority of it.

For one issue.

9 issues later, he sees his father dating one of the freaks he fought in this issue.

Haha, one more reason for Flash being awesome.

Well I'd say your English is just fine. I assure you, your English is better than my Cantonese or Mandarin. :woot:

I'm embarrassed to say English is the only language I speak fluently. I can speak and understand at a very basic level some dialects of the country where my family is originally from though, but sadly I never placed much of an emphasis on learning other languages growing up. Something I regret.

It's interesting that you came to enjoying Comic Book movies and their heroes at such a late age. I am an atheist, but I did over ten years of Catholic School and I love the writings of Joeseph Campbell and others that explore mythology. To my eyes, the comic book superhero is just another in a long line of cultural phenomenon that are for lack of a better word "gods", and just like religions of any kind, usually we get exposed to the deities and canon of the religion as a child, and it's no different with super heroes to me.

That's a very interesting way of putting it. I do agree, somewhat.

Most modern comic book super heroes are American in origin but you've seen a spread of similar cultural heroes in the last 30 years. Goku of DRAGON BALL Z may be based on JOURNEY TO THE WEST, but there for sure is also a lot of influence from the Superman mythology. I am happy to hear you enjoyed MOS. I love SUPERMAN: THE MOVIE with all my heart, but I was very impressed with MAN OF STEEL. It worked on all the levels it needed to for me. It gets a very bad rap around these boards though, so if you share your opinion of MOS, be prepared to either take it on the chin quietly or to defend your position strongly.

Oh, I love Dragon Ball, and Dragon Ball Z. Could never get into DB GT though!

Yes MoS was a very divided film and I'm no stranger to its harsh criticism online. I have no problem debating with someone who is engaging in respectful and thoughtful constructive criticism (and this goes for any movie), but the hate and trolling, no way, I just ignore it.

Are there any interesting native Chinese super hero type characters or stories you might think would be cool for us all to check out?

I'm afraid I can't help you there, as I'm not even Chinese to begin with, haha.

PS: You have no idea how it feels to have been so devoted to these childhood heroes and to now see so many of them in live action, and many of them done in ways that are so close to the source material. It feels really good, despite all the stupid arguments that are had around here, even the most jaded would probably agree about that. I grew up with MARVEL and DC comics and soon my tv and local theaters will be brimming with those heroes. It's nice.

I can only imagine what it feels like. And it's only going to get better when you see how many releases are lined up in the coming years. And I am confident at least some of them will be high quality films like recent releases such as TWS or DoFP.

We're living in a special era for this genre, that's for sure.

Hi Guys, I am seeking some help:

I have an Adroid (ATT) Z998 phone and I accidentally deleted text messages (a whole conversation) that I had not intention of deleting. Is there any way to recover them? I'd give my left hand to recover them, as they were with a good friend with whom I have fallen in loev with.

My guess is you can kiss that conversation goodbye. :(

If you had the AT&T messages app on the move it would be stored there. Otherwise you would need some kind of recovery tool. Nothing is ever fully deleted on most of today's tech but it's just the matter of having the right tools for the job.

I just broke down and payed the $7.49 for Injustice Ultimate Edition on Steam.

Better be good.

At least you didn't pay a lot for it if it sucks. :p

Figure it would be good for parties. As it is, I'm probably not really going to touch the multi-player. I suck and fighting games. I'm very much interested in the story aspect. Never read the comic. I imagine that should be worth the price of admission.

There's no way to recover them from your phone. Well no way Im aware of. I think the courts can get your text messages and phone records from a service provider so they must be stored on some sort of server. Ive also heard of parents getting copies of their kids texts. So it may be possible to get a copy of your texts from your service provider.

A question to anyone with an IPhone and the new IOS 8 update. So when I'm on safari I can no longer see the clock and my wifi bars when I have he phone horizontally only when it's handled vertically.

Is there a way to bring that back?
