I finally watched the trailer because I saw a commercial for it on TV. Looks like it could be cool, but it also looks like an expensive CW show...
Just the way the trailer presented the action. The guy punching the bricks looks like something from Arrow or The Flash. For a better comparison, I'd say I was expecting more of a Blade Runner cyberpunk thing but I'm getting Almost Human instead. How so?

But it doesn't look like a CW show when they do it.Replicants in Blade Runner can punch through metal and walls.

choreography and cinematography already looks better than most comic-based shows.
Actually sounds a lot like GotThere is a lot of violence, graphic sex, and full-frontal nudity in Altered Carbon, with women bearing the brunt of the exploitation and abuse.

I think you guys are taking the comparison too literal. OF course it wasn't meant to be GoT on Netflix. I guess some thought it was going to be Netflix's "killer app" or whatever the term is similar to how GoT is for HBO right now.
Now if you wanna say that is silly, then I kinda agree for a multitude of reasons

It doesn't have to blow my mind or anything, just entertain me.I know, I was really just kidding. But Netflix already has a number of shows that rival GoT at least in terms of popularity so I don't know why this one needs to surpass them all.
