Oh yes, Cullen has got his wife and son to safety and is strapping on his guns for a big showdown next week with the Snow!

I hadn't noticed Cullen not wearing his gun until Durant pointed it out, but it was still freakin' awesome seeing him pull it out the box. That look at the end!

I'm a little perplexed as to how Brigham can just ignore that Thor has admitted to killing people. Why would have someone like that loose amongst your people? Not the best choice, you ask me.

I guess we don't really know too much about Brigham. He's obviously not the righteous fellow he's supposed to be, or even seen as by the rest of the Mormons, what with his scheming. Now he's in league knowing what The Swede did, it can only come back to bite him in the butt.

The way they're slowly bringing back The Swede is really cool -good thing Bohanon decided to pick up his gun again!

Ezra dying was worse than losing Elam.

Church lady got revenge. Thought next season would be spent chasing Sydney Snow. Imagine next year is getting the Swede.

Cullen sure is having a rough season emotionally, damn!

Not sure where they're taking Eva, at times it doesn't seem like they know what to do with her. I hope it's leading to something interesting!

This was a pretty action packed episode, darn good stuff!

Loved seeing Eva take out that mutant rapist and seeing Ruth gun down Sydney.

Also, the season's not over... it starts up again in November. So while it sucks to wait a little while, at least we're getting more HOW in a month's time.

Shame about Ezra, though I kinda saw it coming early in the episode when he ran off and Sydney was still out there. The most shocking death of the show for me remains Lily Bell in season 2. I still can't believe that happened.

Cullen jacking the train was great, but then the feels with him and Ruth this week over poor Ezra. Then there was that ending! I can't wait to see how Cullen handles this, no way I see him hanging Ruth.

I kinda hope the resolve the Ruth/Sydney stuff quickly. I mean, there's essentially no law anyway; Campbell made Snow - a mass murderer - a lawman just a little bit ago and the result was more innocent people dying, including a child. It's a tad ridiculous that these people wouldn't just look the other way when Ruth killed him. I'd rather they not turn it into this big dramatic thing where Ruth has to be executed for killing a murderous psychopath.

I am not convinced that any jury with a heart would hang a woman that took out the murderer of what was essentially her child. Not sure it would even happen today.

Yeah. I hope they don't have Cullen end up hanging her. That would royally piss me off.

I'm still confused about Louise Ellison sleeping with Campbell. What was going on there? Was she genuinely curious about him? I thought maybe she was doing that to gain some inside info on what he was cooking up, but it didn't really seem like that happened. She said she would be writing a story that he wouldn't be happy with, but I don't see how her sleeping with him played into that. Maybe she was just genuinely lusting after a drunk, gruff, miserable a**hole, I don't know.

I got the impression she was just attracted to him. Business and pleasure were separate in that scenario, I think.

I'm not sure what she is up to either, I mean when she first bumped uglies with him I thought it was as a distraction when Cullen was taking back his men from the train, but she has continued on with him, yet she made it clear she is gay and while the town is short on men with access to cleanliness surely she could have gotten Cullen to get a shower if she just wanted to test out wild west sausage.

I'm pretty sure she's bisexual. Her conversation with the Governor seemed to indicate she swings both ways.

Louise looks so much like this girl I used to date, it's crazy. She even talks a bit like her.

Renewed For Fifth and Final Season

Kind of an odd choice for AMC. They pronounce their renewed devotion to scripted programming by stopping the s*** reality TV they've been putting out lately. Then they pass on two pilots they had and are now trying to wrap this up, despite some mild success. I mean it's not TWD big, but what is?

They're taking whatever they can get now. Mad Men and Breaking Bad were their bread and butter along with Dead. .

Damn it. I don't mind the next season being the last, but do they have to do the split? It was maddening with Breaking Bad (best show EVAH) and it will be irritating here too, I'm sure.

It depends on the type of split that's used. If it's Fall 2015/Fall 2016, like BB, that's lame. If it's Fall 2015/Spring 2016, like TWD, that's a little more acceptable.

But knowing AMC, it'll be the former.

I'm guessing it will be a one year split like they have done with Breaking Bad and Mad Men. I can see them stretching this out until 2016 and maybe by then AMC will have another hit on their hands to take its place.
