American Film versions of rebooted Scifi Japanese shows

I got to thinking with the tv shows of the past getting into films nowadays, I was wondering should Hollywood start rebooting Japanese scifi for american audiences? Like should they do Ultraman or Kamen Rider Black (even though I know did this twice for tv already)? I they planning to do Star Blazers or Battleship Yomato. What do you think?
