American Gladiators

This show is going to be awesome.

 

I hope this show is as awesome as it used to be. Definitely something I couldn't resist watching in the past. I mean come on, some of those Gladiators are CLASSIC... Nitro, Gemini, Zap, hard to top those. The new gladiators for some reason just don't look as impressive to me. Hopefully I'm wrong.

 

Unless it's got at least one of the original gladiators, I'm not interested.

 

The original was on over 15 years ago, they're probably in horrible shape by now. I might check it out, hopefully they'll have some cool events, make old a little more difficult. Always liked the show when I was a kid. Not gonna be much else on anyway if the writers strike continues.

 

So....TV is not out of ideas now too....and resorting to remakes of old series?

I'll probably check it out just to see how it compares to the old show...but I'll take Ninja Warrior of this any day.

NBC started advertising for a competetion between Church Choirs, TV is about to get really bad. Unless you like reality that is.

 

Everyone at the Hype should be looking forward to this show.....a bunch of guys and gals in spandex beating up on each other......YEEEHAAAAAAAAAA.

Who cares about the Justice League.....we have American Gladiators.

I wish they brought Nitro back as a host.

Actually, I think it was SuperBowl night, I was discussing this with a few people, bringing it back, that is. Our ideas for hosts were Joe Rogan and Terry Bradshaw. But now I really wish it was Nitro and someone.

 

I hope there is a nice mix of old a new events.

This would make a great video game today too. I still remember the one of the NES.

 

Y'all do know that Hulk Hogan is the host, right?

 

I knew it....not so sure about the others though.

 

Hulk Hogan? I'm cool with that, he can be pretty entertaining. I can't wait for this, it's the only reality/game show that's worth a damn.

 

F'in cool, one of my favorite shows of old!

 

I know one of the guys from the original show, he's still in great shape for a 36 year old. He owns a health/vitamin shop in our home town. He was TANK.

 

It's definately worth a look. I'll definately be checking this show out once it makes it's debut. Absolutely!

 

I've been seeing a lot of commercials for this. Pretty happy about it Watched AG as a little kid

 

Dean Cain should go back at 40 and see if he can make it through the gauntlet.





Btw I still remember seeing Turbo do this and screaming at the tv
