I thought that most people that work in Washington don't live in Washington.

And its already ranked 16th without the Governor and Senate categories. I was also imagine a lot of people commute from Maryland and Virginia.

Raleigh, Kansas City, Cleveland and Montgomery are pretty liberal, so it seems like that would be an easy game show to win.

But most people who live in Washington work in government.
