I know, and I know this show has generally played loose with the aging and looks of characters which is fine, but if you look at fancasting for Magnus it always skews way older.

It wouldn't usually bother me but I found that scene with Magnus in the books is really sold on how ancient, decrepit and monstrous he looks compared to the beautiful Lestat.

I'm sure the show will deliver but right now I can't see it between this actor and Sam Reid, whereas I can absolutely see the Marius/Lestat dynamic in Reid and Heyerdahl.

Atim plays Akasha, Reid plays Larry, Kattner plays Salamander, Patterson is Alex and Swire is TC.
