In Canada, the series started airing on YTV on Saturday, September 6, 2008 in the 7pm time slot. However, the Canadian network, Teletoon, has recently declared exclusive rights to air Marvel programming in Canada, meaning YTV will no longer be airing Wolverine and the X-Men. The series will begin airing from the beginning of the show on January 11, 2009 on Teletoon.

Yea but this is also from wiki on the episode list guide:

"NOTE: From here onwards Wolverine and the X-Men will be aired by Teletoon, who have acquired exclusive distribution rights for Marvel shows in Canada. I've been always partial to Teletoon anyways, as opposed to YTV. YTV airs that dumb Thumb war 5 minute show right when the episode is supposed to air and when you have just barely woken up from a hang over at 12 noon on a Saturday morning you tend to not have the best decisiion-making abilities and memory and you tend to change channels and forget what you were supposed to be watching.

But enough about me... LOL

YTV continues with new episodes starting 1/10/2009. Episode 13, Battle Lines will air 1/10 on YTV. So I assume Teletoon when they air the show will start from the beginning, but we'll see.

JMC, Lionsgate will be doing the DVD's for the show. I'm hoping for a nice chunky season 1 DVD set sometime in 2009. It would make for a nice Hannukah present.
