I've never met a person who didn't like the Andy Griffith show. With a great cast, hilarious episodes, and behind the scenes drama, the Andy Griffith show gave us years of entertainment and hasn't been taken off the air to this very day.

Through the years rumors and stories have been made public about eps and the actors. This is a thread to talk about things you've heard, episodes you love, and what the actors are doing today.


As for my favorite eps - I love the when Aunt Bee makes pickles aka her kerosene cucumbers . And Gomer's citizen's arrest . And who can forget when Goober got some phone calls mixed up and Andy ended up eating three spaghetti dinners in one night?

I like Andy Griffith a lot. I like Otis, Ernest T. Bass, Barney, Opie, Andy, Goober, Gomer, and the Darlins. I don't like the color episodes as much as I like the black and white episodes. I've liked Andy Griffith since I was a little kid.

I was so in love with Opie,Andy wasn't bad either. I really dig the fashions and style back then. I'm just an old foggey, I even decorate with such shows as inspiration.
