If you are to presume that RedK's effect on an earthbound Kryptonian is to make him react in a manner opposite to his usual nature. But I think the intended effect was lack of inhibitions, and disregard for consequences. So, going with that, a villain would simply be more..reckless, perhaps?

I gotta a quick question. If Kryptonite gives humans who are exposed to it for an extended period of time mutant like side effects then how come Lana is not a FOTW? Considering the fact that she wore that kryptonite necklace in season 1 since she had been a little girl.

But she IS a FOTW! As that other poster mentioned, she has the ability to kill not only her boyfriends...but their fathers as well!

She's got the highest FOTW body count than any other FOTW on the show!

Well, in the comics, Lex wore the Kryptonite ring and eventually lost his finger because of the radiation, so technically Lana should be headless.
