Anyone Here Beaten Tetris?

Has anyone actually beaten Tetris? I was just playing it, & I realised that I have only gotten as high as level 13. I have never actually beaten it.

I got to level 18 on the gameboy and when I died it showed a spaceship take off from earth... Is that the ending movie or is there several?!?!?

it does go on without an end nintendo gave you the spaceship thingie, so you could feel like you've accomplished something...
