It's a Bob Larkin painting that originally graced a cover of an issue of "The Hulk" Black and White magazine.

Sean61675 was right. It was the late '70s, not '80s. The Hulk magazine ceased publication in the early '80s. Also, Hulk was grey, not green, in the late '80s (~1986-90). Not counting the Rick Jones Hulk, that is.

In my opinion...Larkin's painting is the best representation of the Hulk in existence.
