I ordered about $60 worth of books for myself and my buddy in jail last week and paid via my checking account on Amazon since I had to order a new debit card and haven't get it yet. The books have already been delivered. Amazon has yet to take the money out of my account. I ordered at least one of them on Thursday afternoon so they should have had plenty of time to process it during the normal work day.
Has anyone experienced anything like this before? Is it because of the weekend and holiday?
